Cancellation Policy

A full refund (minus a $25 processing fee) for this seminar will be given if a cancellation notice is received on or before October 30, 2011. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. Please note that if you pre-register and fail to show up without contacting the office you will be billed the cost of the seminar.
