There are multiple desktops virtualization options available in the marketplace. This presentation will share the desktop virtualization options that Penn National considered, what has been implemented to date, and plans for the future. Cindy Todoroff is the Director of Infrastructure and Client Services. She is responsible for the servers, storage, network, telecommunications, desktop and help desk support functions at Penn National.
